Great breakfast options with a variety of choices, including an omelette bar on select days. The location offers easy access to downtown attractions, making it simple to explore the local nightlife and dining scene.
The room smelled musty, with an old lounge chair that had holes and a strong odor that lingered. There were also visible signs of neglect in the parking area, which resembled an abandoned site with dumpsters.

We explored great spots for kayaking and rafting. The location is perfect for hitting downtown and enjoying nearby bars and breweries. The staff was friendly and our room was clean and comfy. Don't miss the breakfast buffet. it’s convenient and worth it. Parking is free too!
We had a hiccup with the breakfast vouchers. they gave us two but we needed one for each day. Communication could be better on that.

Loved the breakfast buffet—classic comfort that hit the spot! Be sure to check out local gems like Curate and the Gourmet Chip Company for epic eats nearby. Overall, Four Points gets you close to Asheville's food scene and has a fantastic lounge vibe to unwind after a day of exploring.
The pool was closed for renovations with no heads-up, and we ended up missing those evening poolside hangs we were looking forward to. Also, parking lot vibes felt a bit abandoned, not exactly the welcome we hoped for.

Dude, if you're a food lover like me, definitely grab a bite at Chop House! Their oysters are to die for—perfectly fresh and brimming with flavor. Plus, the staff are gems—they treated me like family! The hotel’s lounge is cooled by the spirit of Asheville, making it the perfect spot to unwind.
Now, about my room, the lounge chair had seen better days—holes and a musty odor that just wouldn’t quit. I asked for a swap, but it was too late, and it never got fixed during my stay. Still, the good vibes around made up for any hiccups.
